The idea being tested is recognizing who Mary Peters is and why she was honored. Mary Peters is best known as a Northern Irish Olympic champion in athletics, not as an author who promoted literacy. She was made a Dame for services to sport, not for literacy work. So, the description mixes up the person and the reason for the honor, making the statement inaccurate.
