Which of the following countries is NOT a member of the Commonwealth?

Membership in the Commonwealth is a voluntary association of independent states, many of which were former British colonies, that work together on shared values and cooperation. Being a member depends on a country’s ongoing commitment and recognition by other members, not on geography. Uganda, Ghana, and Malawi are members because they joined after independence and have remained part of the Commonwealth. Zimbabwe used to be associated with the group but left in 2003 and has not been readmitted, so it is not currently a member.
