Which of the following movies played an important role in boosting morale during the Second World War?

This item tests understanding of how cinema served to boost morale during World War II. In Which We Serve is a 1942 British war drama that centers on a Royal Navy destroyer and its crew, highlighting camaraderie, duty, and sacrifice under pressure. It was crafted during the war with the clear aim of lifting spirits and strengthening resolve at home by portraying brave, ordinary sailors and the collective effort of the war. This direct wartime purpose sets it apart from the other titles, which are postwar comedies or lighter films that don’t carry the same moment-of-need morale- boosting intent.
